| 摘要 |
急性A型主动脉夹层属于一种非常凶险的疾病，发病后容易出现大血管破裂，进而导致患者丧失生命。近些年来，急性A型主动脉夹层的患病人数不断增加，如何降低该疾病的死亡率是临床研究的热门话题。因此，本文通过概述急性A型主动脉夹层的病因，进一步分析导致患者死亡的危险因素，提出相应的护理对策，以期为临床相关研究提供依据。

| Abstract |
Acute type A aortic dissection is a fatal disease with high incidence of mortality by rupture of large blood vessels after the onset. The incidence of acute type A aortic dissection has been increasing over past decades, therefore, how to reduce the mortality of has become a hot topic in clinical research. In this article, we summarize the etiology of disease analyze the risk factors of death, and proposes nursing countermeasures, in order to establish the theoretical basis of clinical research.
