Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing application in children with allergic purpura. Methods: Select 100 patients with allergic purpura in children from June 2020 to June 2021 in this hospital. The patients were divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was used High-quality nursing intervention is to compare the nursing satisfaction, changes in clinical indicators, and recurrence of the two groups of patients. Results: Comparing the hospitalization time, purpura disappearance time, and abdominal pain relief time of the two groups of children, the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence of children in the two groups was counted. The total recurrence rate of children in the control group was 14.00% higher than that in the observation group at 2.00%. The difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for children with anaphylactoid purpura can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the children, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of the children with care. It has certain clinical application value.
