摘要	通过开展院内PEG/J护理会诊，解决临床营养管路维护相关护理问题。方法总结我院2018.1-2019.12间进行营养护理会诊PEG/J患者护理会诊并发症护理及处理。结果通过营养护理会诊工作的开展，能够有效处理PEG/J导管相关并发症。结论开展临床营养护理会诊相关工作不仅能够调动营养专科护士及学组骨干的作用发挥，更有利于临床营养护理问题的解决和处理，保证营养支持治疗的顺利实施。
Abstract	Objective: to solve the nursing problems related to the maintenance of clinical nutrition pipeline by carrying out PEG/J nursing consultation in hospital. Methods: from January 2018 to December 2019,12 patients with PEG/j nutritional nursing consultation were reviewed. Results: Peg/j catheter-related complications could be effectively treated by nutrition nursing consultation. Conclusion: carrying out the related work of clinical nutrition nursing consultation can not only bring into play the role of the backbone of nutrition specialist nurses and study groups, but also help to solve and handle the clinical nutrition nursing problems and ensure the smooth implementation of nutrition support treatment.
