Objective: To analyze the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery model in the current quality nursing care of trauma and orthopedics. Methods: The study included 80 orthopedic trauma patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 in this comparative experiment, and randomly grouped them into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each In the study, the nursing methods of high-quality nursing and high-quality nursing + rapid recovery surgery were used to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results: After comparison, it was found that the incidence of complications, hospitalization time, pain relief time, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the groups, which met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The rapid rehabilitation surgery model used in trauma orthopedics nursing can significantly improve the patients nursing effect and enhance the patients recovery speed, which has the value and significance of clinical promotion.
