摘要
分析置管患者采用PICC标准护理对其自护能力和护理质量的影响。方法 选取2020年度我院收治的60例置管患者,按照常规护理方法和PICC标准护理将其随机分组,作为对照组和观察组的研究对象,每组患者人数保持一致。利用观察对比的方法,研究置管患者采用常规护理方法和PICC标准护理之间的效果差异。结果 采用PICC标准护理的观察组患者的健康知识掌握评分、自护能力评分、护理质量评分和并发症发生率,均明显优于采用常规护理方法的对照组患者,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对置管患者采用PICC标准护理,可以使患者的相关认知水平及自护能力显著改善,让患者的整体护理质量大幅度提高,令各类并发症问题的发生概率大大下降,促进患者的身体状况尽快好转,其临床护理效果明显优于常规护理方法。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the impact of PICC standard care on self-care ability and quality of care for patients with intubation. Methods: In 2020, 60 intubation patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly grouped according to conventional nursing methods and PICC standard care, as the control group and observation group, and the number of patients in each group remained the same. Use the method of observation and comparison to study the effect difference between conventional nursing methods and PICC standard nursing for patients with intubation. Results: The health knowledge mastery score, self-care ability score, nursing quality score and complication rate of the observation group using PICC standard care were significantly better than those of the control group using conventional nursing methods, and there was statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The use of PICC standard care for patients with intubation can significantly improve the relevant cognitive level and self-care ability of patients, greatly improve the overall quality of care for patients, greatly reduce the probability of occurrence of various complications, and promote patients The physical condition improves as soon as possible, and its clinical nursing effect is significantly better than conventional nursing methods.
