摘要	研究分析骨科护理质量管理中循证护理的作用。方法本次实验跨越2020年5月至2021年7月这一时间段，研究人员对110例骨科患者进行研究。研究人员在本次实验中按照双盲对照原则对所选患者进行分组，对照组所选55例患者护理质量管理中采用一般护理干预，实验组所选55例患者护理质量管理中采用循证护理干预，记录对照组及实验组患者对护理工作所持态度、护理工作评分（护患沟通、护理服务态度、护理操作水平、理论知识），并进行分析比较。结果对照组所选55例患者中对护理工作持十分认可及比较认可态度的人数共计48人，占组内患者人数的比例为87.27%，实验组患者中对应人数为54人，占组内患者人数的比例为98.18%，分析两组患者对护理工作所持态度相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；对照组及实验组护理工作评分之间表现出了较大的差距，两组在护患沟通、护理服务态度、护理操作水平、理论知识方面均有着显著的差异，（p＜0.05）。结论在骨科护理质量管理中循证护理有着不俗的表现，效果优于一般护理干预，在转变患者对护理工作所持态度、提高护理工作评分方面作用突出。
Abstract	Objective: To study and analyze the role of evidence-based nursing in orthopedic nursing quality management. Methods: This experiment spanned the period from May 2020 to July 2021. Researchers conducted a study on 110 orthopedic patients. In this experiment, the researchers grouped the selected patients according to the principle of double-blind control. The 55 patients selected in the control group used general nursing interventions in the care quality management, and the 55 patients selected in the experimental group used evidence-based care in the care quality management. Intervention, record the attitudes of the control group and the experimental group to nursing work, nursing work scores (nursing-patient communication, nursing service attitude, nursing operation level, theoretical knowledge), and analyze and compare them. Results: Among the 55 patients selected in the control group, the number of patients who hold a very recognized and relatively recognized attitude towards nursing work is 48, accounting for 87.27% of the number of patients in the group, and the corresponding number of patients in the experimental group is 54 people, accounting for the group. The proportion of the number of patients was 98.18%. Analysis of the data on the attitudes of the two groups of patients towards nursing work showed a large difference (p<0.05); the control group and the experimental group showed a large gap between the nursing work scores. There are significant differences in nurse-patient communication, nursing service attitude, nursing operation level, and theoretical knowledge (p<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing has a good performance in orthopedic nursing quality management, and its effect is better than general nursing intervention. It plays a prominent role in changing patients attitudes towards nursing work and improving nursing work scores.
