护理干预对妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者生存质量的影响

摘要	对比探究优质护理干预对妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法随机抽取我院2019年7月-2020年7月收治的68例妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者作为调研主体，同时均分两组并实施不同的护理干预措施。A组行优质护理干预，B组行常规护理干预，比较两组患者的生存质量评分。结果实施相应护理措施前，AB两组患者的生存质量评分比较并无显著差异，不具备统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施护理后，AB两组患者的生存质量评分比较差异显著具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过调研得知，优质护理干预对妇科肿瘤术后化疗患者的生存质量能够带来较为显著的积极影响，值得临床推广并采用。
Abstract	Objective: To compare and explore the impact of high-quality nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients undergoing chemotherapy for gynecological tumors. Methods: A random selection of 68 patients undergoing chemotherapy after surgery for gynecological tumors in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were the subjects of investigation, and they were equally divided into two groups and implemented different nursing interventions. Group A underwent high-quality nursing intervention, and group B underwent conventional nursing intervention. The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results: Before implementing the corresponding nursing measures, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores of the AB groups of patients, and it was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after the implementation of nursing care, the comparison of the quality of life scores of the AB groups was statistically significant Academic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through investigation, it is learned that high-quality nursing intervention can have a significant positive impact on the quality of life of patients undergoing chemotherapy for gynecological tumors, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
