摘要	了解骨科护理内容，对护理中常出现的问题，分析原因，寻求相应的解决措施。方法本次研究由我院骨科患者进行参与，共选定患者人数共68例，于2020年12月-2021年6月我院收治的骨科患者中随机选取而定。按照研究要求，所有患者分组进行，通过骨科护理中常见问题的分析，采取解决措施，在此基础上，对护理内容进行完善，实施针对性护理干预，将其用于其中34例患者护理中，为观察组，其余患者接受常规护理，为对照组。结果在患者满意度的比较中，观察组更高，在并发症发生率的比较中，对照组更高，组间差异符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论基于护理问题的明确与解决方案的制定，使得骨科护理更具针对性与合理性，临床护理风险值降低，有利于护理质量的提高，具有一定的应用价值。
Abstract	Objective: To understand the content of orthopedic nursing, analyze the causes and seek corresponding solutions to the problems that often occur in nursing. Methods: This study was conducted by orthopedic patients in our hospital. A total of 68 patients were selected, which were randomly selected from the orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to June 2021. According to the research requirements, all patients were divided into groups, through the analysis of common problems in orthopedic nursing, and solutions were taken. On this basis, the nursing content was improved, targeted nursing interventions were implemented, and 34 of them were used in the care of patients. As the observation group, the rest of the patients received routine care, as the control group. Results: In the comparison of patient satisfaction, the observation group was higher, and in the comparison of complication rate, the control group was higher. The difference between the groups met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the clarification of nursing problems and the formulation of solutions, orthopedics nursing is more targeted and reasonable, and clinical nursing risk value is reduced, which is beneficial to the improvement of nursing quality and has certain application value.
