Objective: To analyze the evaluation of the healthy life quality of patients with Crohns disease. Method: The theoretical framework was set as a "structure-process-result" three-dimensional quality structure model (Donabedian), and the construction process was based on the evaluation standards of high-quality nursing services, using literature data method, analytic hierarchy process, semi-structured interviews, and forming expert consultation questionnaires And other methods, using the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of expert consultation and analyze the results. Evaluation system of healthy life quality of single disease Crohns disease in Gastroenterology department. The theoretical framework of the evaluation standard is a three-dimensional quality structure model, which includes all aspects of Crohn’s disease healthy life quality. From the process level, the structure level, and the result level, the quality of life obtained by Crohn’s disease patients is more comprehensive and comprehensive. More precise evaluation. Results: A total of 4 studies were included, 22 research results were refined, and then integrated into 7 themes in 6 areas of healthy life quality (physical function, psycho-emotional function, sexual function, social function, perceived health and happiness , Learning and working ability) to be further included. Conclusion: This study will provide effective evidence to evaluate the quality of healthy life of patients with Crohns disease.
