| 摘要 |
分析护理安全隐患管理用于内分泌科老年糖尿病的价值。方法 对2020.1月-2021.12月本院内分泌科接诊老年糖尿病病人（n=4000）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各2000人，前者采取护理安全隐患管理，后者行常规管理。对比安全事件等指标。结果 关于住院时间，试验组的数据（7.14±1.25）d，和对照组（9.56±1.74）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于安全事件，试验组的发生率0.15%，和对照组1.35%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于管理质量，试验组的数据（98.15±1.07）d，和对照组（91.48±2.19）d相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于SDS和SAS评分，在管理结束之时：试验组的数据分别是（29.67±2.53）分、（31.52±3.14）分，和对照组（43.75±3.91）分、（46.74±4.26）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组的数据99.3%，和对照组95.35%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 内分泌科老年糖尿病用护理安全隐患管理，效果显著，安全事件发生率更低，心态更好，满意度也更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of nursing safety hazard management for elderly diabetic patients in endocrinology department. Methods From January 2020 to December 2021, the elderly diabetic patients (n=4000) admitted to the Endocrinology Department of our hospital were randomly divided into groups, 2000 in the test and 2000 in the control group. Compare metrics such as security events. Results Regarding the length of hospital stay, the data of the experimental group was (7.14±1.25) days, which was shorter than that of the control group (9.56±1.74) days (P<0.05). Regarding safety events, the incidence rate of the experimental group was 0.15%, which was lower than that of the control group, which was 1.35% (P<0.05). Regarding the quality of management, the data of the experimental group was (98.15±1.07) d, which was higher than that of the control group (91.48±2.19) d (P<0.05). Regarding the SDS and SAS scores, at the end of the management: the data of the experimental group were (29.67±2.53) points, (31.52±3.14) points, respectively, compared with the control group (43.75±3.91) points, (46.74±4.26) points lower (P<0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the data of the experimental group was 99.3%, which was higher than that of the control group, 95.35% (P<0.05). Conclusion The management of safety hazards in the elderly with diabetes in the department of endocrinology has a significant effect, with a lower incidence of safety incidents, a better mentality, and higher satisfaction.
