| 摘要 |
探讨研究提升西药药房药学服务质量的做法与可行性。方法 研究开展时间为2020年01月-2021年12月,研究对象为我院的西药药房从事药学服务的全体工作人员,将2020年实施普通西药药房管理的时间段列为对照组,将2021年实施西药药房药学服务的时间段列为观察组,随机向两个时间段发放200份问卷量表,统计两组问卷反馈对药房服务不足之处,对比两组满意度、对于药物的认知状态、遵医情况、药物应用合理性以及药物不良反应发生率。结果 经比较观察组患者对于药房服务满意度显著高于对照组患者对药房服务满意度(P<0.05);且观察组患者的药物认知得分为、遵医评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过优化西药药房药学服务的各类措施可显著提升西药药房服务的质量,提升患者对于药学服务的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practice and feasibility of improving the quality of pharmaceutical services in western medicine pharmacies. Methods The research was carried out from January 2020 to December 2021. The research objects were all staff engaged in pharmaceutical services in the western medicine pharmacy of our hospital. The time period in which the western medicine pharmacy service was implemented in 2019 was listed as the observation group, and 200 questionnaires were randomly distributed to the two time periods. Status, medical compliance, rationality of drug use, and incidence of adverse drug reactions. Results Patients in the comparative observation group were significantly more satisfied with pharmacy services than patients in the control group (P < 0.05; Moreover, patients in the observation group had higher medication perception scores as well as compliance scores than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion By optimizing various measures of pharmacy service in western medicine pharmacy, the quality of western medicine pharmacy service can be significantly improved, and patients satisfaction with pharmacy service can be improved.
