摘要
教育生态观和基础教育体育课程改革,都对体育教师专业发展的生态转向起到了很好的促进作用,生态转向是体育教师专业发展的一个巨大进步。文章采用文献资料法等,在内生态和类生态的基础上,指出体育教师专业发展的生态转向以及方法、树立积极工作的意识,获得更多学生的认可;提高教师的文化水平和文化素养;做好自我反思工作,促进体育教师不断进步;建立好的文化氛围,促进体育教师专业方面的发展;多学习优秀的体育教学经验、方法,提高自身教学的有效性等等。
Abstract
The concept of education ecology and the reform of basic education physical education curriculum play an important role in promoting the ecological shift of the professional development of physical education teachers. The ecological turning is a great progress in the professional development of physical education teachers. On the basis of internal and ecological ecology, this paper points out the ecological diversion and methods of physical education teachers professional development, establishes the awareness of active work and obtains more students recognition, improves the teachers cultural level and cultural accomplishment, Good self-reflection work to promote the continuous progress of physical education teachers; establish a good cultural atmosphere and promote professional development of physical education teachers; learn more excellent physical education teaching experience and methods to improve the effectiveness of their own teaching and so on.
