摘要
家族企业作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,以其对国民生产总值和劳动就业率的巨大贡献成为国民经济中最为活跃的增长点。但是家族企业在其发展过程中由于家族化治理结构产生的产权界定困难、集权化倾向、人才缺乏等问题制约了发展。如何加强家族企业管理,适应新时代的战略转型,促进其可持续发展成为当前众多家族企业亟需解决的问题。本文以永辉超市去家族化的具体措施和实施效果为例,分析去家族化对企业可持续发展产生的影响与效果。
Abstract
As an important part of Chinas socialist market economy, family enterprises have become the most active growth point in the national economy with their great contribution to GDP and labor employment rate. However, in the process of its development, the development is restricted by the difficulties in property right definition, centralization tendency and lack of talents caused by the family governance structure. How to strengthen the management of family enterprises, adapt to the strategic transformation of the new era, and promote its sustainable development has become an urgent problem to be solved by many family enterprises. This paper takes the specific measures and implementation effect of Yong hui supermarket as an example to analyze the impact and effect of defamily on the sustainable development of enterprises.
