西北地区棉花产业发展现状与问题分析

摘要	中国西北部地区具有得天独厚的区位条件，土壤酸碱度适中，日照时间长，有利于绒长质优棉花的生产。作为我国最大的棉花种植基地，西北地区棉花产业的发展现状决定着我国棉花产业的发展现状。本文基于近来棉花产业的系列事件，针对西北地区棉花产业链存在的问题，提出一系列解决方案，以促进西北地区棉花产业的长久稳定发展。
Abstract	Northwest China has unique geographical conditions, moderate soil acidity and alkalinity, long sunshine time, which are conducive to the production of high quality cotton. As the largest cotton planting base in China, the developmental situation of cotton industry in northwest China determines the condition of cotton industry in China. Based on a series of incidentsin the cotton industry, aiming at the problems in the cotton industrial chain in northwest China, this paper puts forward a series of solutions to promote the long-term development of cotton industry in northwest China.
