中医护理方案应用于周围性面瘫的效果观察

摘要	在周围性面瘫的护理中采用中医护理方案的效果。方法研究开展的时间跨度为2021年1月－2022年1月；在该阶段对研究样本进行明确，主要来源于在我院接受治疗的周围性面瘫患者，选取典型代表88例进行具体分析，采用计算机及相关软件对所有的患者进行编号，并使用软件分组。其中接受常规护理的44例患者分为参照组，另外44例患者护理过程中采用精细化护理模式视为研究组。对两组护理期间的情况进行详细观察与记录，并进行对比分析。结果研究组护理效果和满意度均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论对周围性面瘫采用中医护理方案，能有效地提高护理效果，促使患者满意度提升。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program in the nursing of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods The time span of the study was from January 2021 to January 2022; at this stage, the research samples were clarified, mainly from patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were treated in our hospital, and 88 typical representatives were selected for specific analysis. Computers and related software number all patients and use software to group them. Among them, 44 patients who received routine care were divided into the reference group, and the other 44 patients who adopted the refined nursing model in the nursing process were regarded as the research group. Detailed observations and records of the two groups during the nursing period were carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out. Results The nursing effect and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for peripheral facial paralysis can effectively improve the nursing effect and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction.
