Objective Nursing experience of four-hand operation in outpatient dental and endodontics. Methods From January to May 30, 2021, 86 patients who visited the dental and endodontics department of our hospital were selected for investigation. During this period, they received routine care and were named as routine group. From June to December 30, 2021, 86 patients who visited the dental and endodontics department of our hospital were selected for investigation. During this period, the four-hand operation was intervened and named as the research group. To summarize and explore the implementation effect and nursing quality of the two nursing programs. Results: (1) The nursing cooperation degree score of the routine group and the nursing cooperation degree score of the investigation group were lower than those of the routine group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). (2) The postoperative recovery time of the routine group was longer than that of the investigation group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). (3) Compared with the treatment comfort score of the routine group and the investigation group, the former is lower and the latter is higher, and the difference between the two groups is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the outpatient nursing of the dental and endodontics, the implementation effect of the four-hand operation nursing program Excellent, this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
