护理心理学在精神科护理中的运用

摘要	研究分析精神科护理中护理心理学的作用。方法本次实验跨越2020年3月至2021年12月这一时间段，研究人员对140例精神科患者进行研究。研究人员按照双盲对照原则对本次实验研究对象进行分组，对照组所选70例患者实施常规护理，实验组所选70例患者在常规护理基础上应用护理心理学，记录对照组及实验组患者抑郁程度评分（汉密顿抑郁量表评分）、日常生活能力评分（Barthel指数）。结果（27.8±3.9）分及（9.7±3.1）分分别为对照组及实验组抑郁程度评分，对照组患者日常生活能力评分为（48.2±7.4）分，实验组对应数据为（68.8±7.3）分，组间相关数据比较分析，均有着较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论在精神科护理中护理心理学的应用效果较为优异，临床价值远高于常规护理，其在加快患者康复、改善患者心理状况方面成绩较为显著。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the role of nursing psychology in psychiatric nursing. Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from March 2020 to December 2021, and researchers studied 140 psychiatric patients. The researchers grouped the subjects of this experiment according to the principle of double-blind control. 70 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and 70 patients in the experimental group were treated with nursing psychology on the basis of routine nursing, and the control group and the experimental group were recorded. The patients depression score (Hamilton Depression Scale score) and daily living ability score (Barthel index). Results: (27.8 ± 3.9) points and (9.7 ± 3.1) points were the depression scores of the control group and the experimental group, respectively. The daily living ability score of the control group was (48.2 ± 7.4) points, and the corresponding data of the experimental group was (68.8 ± 7.3) ) points, and the comparative analysis of related data between groups showed that there was a large gap (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of nursing psychology in psychiatric nursing is relatively excellent, and its clinical value is much higher than that of routine nursing.
