Objective To investigate the effect of dual-link collaborative nursing mode on intestinal function and adverse psychological state of patients after hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Eighty patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given a double-link collaborative nursing model. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale, nursing satisfaction, postoperative gastrointestinal motility time, postoperative defecation time, and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than those in the control group, and the postoperative gastrointestinal motility time and postoperative defecation time were shorter than those in the control group. The incidence of the disease was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The dual-link collaborative nursing model for patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery has an exact effect, which is beneficial to reduce the patients bad psychological state, accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
