| 摘要 |
探究分析细节化护理在老年糖尿病足患者伤口护理中的应用效果。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：老年糖尿病足患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用细节化护理，对比两组伤口恢复情况以及血糖指标。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 细节化护理可显著改善老年糖尿病足患者伤口恢复情况及血糖指标，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in wound care of elderly diabetic foot patients. Methods Time: January 2023 to January 2024, subjects: 102 elderly diabetic foot patients, grouping: randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received detailed care. The wound recovery and blood sugar indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Detailed care can significantly improve wound recovery and blood sugar indicators in elderly diabetic foot patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
