摘要
本文旨在探讨基于Nursing-Mini-CEX(迷你临床演练评估-护理版)与DOPS(操作技能直接观察评估)的形成性评价体系在护理专业职业教育中的应用效果。通过构建这一评价体系,旨在提高护理专业学生的临床实践能力、综合素质及教学满意度。最后,通过实证研究,在本校推广Nursing-Mini-CEX与DOPS的形成性评价体系在护理专业实践教学中的效果,进一步研究验证其在护理专业职业教育中的价值。
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the application effect of formative evaluation system based on Nursing Mini-CEX (Mini Clinical Exercise Assessment - Nursing version) and DOPS (Direct Observation and evaluation of Operational skills) in nursing professional vocational education. By constructing this evaluation system, the aim is to improve nursing students clinical practice ability, comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction. Finally, through empirical research, the effect of nurse-MINI-CEX and DOPS formative evaluation system in Nursing practice teaching was promoted in our school, and its value in nursing vocational education was further studied and verified.
