大麻二酚的药理作用及其分子机制研究进展

摘要	中草药大麻是桑科大麻属的一年生草本植物，常用于治疗中风、关节炎、瘀血以及口眼歪斜等病症。大麻二酚（CBD）是大麻中的活性物质，具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化以及抗癫痫等多种药理作用。现将大麻二酚的药理作用及其分子机制进行综述，旨在为大麻二酚及其相关药物的基础研究和临床应用提供新思路。
Abstract	The Chinese herbal medicine cannabis, also known as hemp, is an annual herb belonging to the Cannabaceae family. It is often used to treat conditions such as stroke, arthritis, blood stasis, and facial paralysis. At present, the development speed of cannabis in various application fields is increasing year by year. Cannabidiol (CBD) is an active substance in cannabis, which has pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-epilepsy. This article reviews the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanism of cannabidiol, providing insights for future basic research and clinical applications of cannabidiol and its related drugs.
