Objective To explore the effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing in patients with severe bronchial asthma. Methods 60 patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected to participate in the study. 30 cases were in the control group and 30 cases were in the observation group. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The pulmonary function index of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with severe bronchial asthma can improve their lung function, improve their quality of life, and strengthen patients recognition of nursing work in medical institutions.
