| 摘要 |
探讨并分析叙事护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者疾病认知及依从性的影响。方法 在2023年1月至2024年4月期间，选取我院60例系统性红斑狼疮患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法，分为对照组（n=30）和研究组（n=30），对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用叙事护理，对比两组护理差异。结果 与对照组相比，研究组疾病认知度、依从性评分均较高，疾病活动度评分较低；SAS评分、SDS评分均较低；护理满意度较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对系统性红斑狼疮患者实施叙事护理，能够明显提高患者对疾病的认知程度，促使其临床依从性提升，对于降低疾病活动度具有积极影响，建议推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective Explore and analyze the impact of narrative nursing on disease cognition and compliance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods From January 2023 to April 2024, 60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=30) and a study group (n=30) using a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the study group received narrative care. The nursing differences between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had higher disease awareness and compliance scores, but lower disease activity scores; SAS score and SDS score are both relatively low; Nursing satisfaction was relatively high (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing narrative nursing for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can significantly improve their understanding of the disease, promote their clinical compliance, and have a positive impact on reducing disease activity. It is recommended to promote its application.
