Objective This article aims to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on delayed allergic reactions to contrast media after coronary angiography and intervention. Methods This study randomly selected 98 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography and intervention in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 for analysis and research. The 49 patients who received routine care were named the reference group, and the 49 patients who received predictive comprehensive care were named the study group. The incidence of allergic reactions, nursing satisfaction, psychological status (SAS, SDS), and comfort level (GCQ) were analyzed and studied after receiving two different nursing modes in the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the reference group, the incidence of allergic reactions in the study group was relatively low, the nursing satisfaction was relatively high, and the SAS, SDS, and GCQ scores were relatively superior (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive comprehensive nursing mode for effective intervention in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary angiography and intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of allergic reactions, significantly improve patient comfort, effectively improve patient psychological status, and achieve high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of application
