Objective To analyze the application effect of ABC emotional nursing combined with health education in male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia. Methods Sixty male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia who received treatment in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received ABC emotional care combined with health education on this basis. The psychological state scores and physiological knowledge cognition of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); The cognitive score of physiological knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of ABC emotional nursing and health education can not only improve the psychological state of male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia, but also enhance their understanding of the disease, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
