Objective To study the application of Trinity case management model in secondary prevention of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. Methods 200 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots. The control group received postoperative secondary prevention, and the experimental group was combined with trinity case management mode. Differences in medication compliance score, quality of life score and complication rate were compared between groups. Results The compliance behavior of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05; the readmission rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05; The days of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, P < 0.05; The hospitalization cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05; The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in 1 and 3 months after discharge, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The Trinity case management model can achieve good results in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI. This measure can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and reduce the incidence of complications of patients. It can promote the improvement of patients quality of life and can be promoted.
