| 摘要 |
研究综合护理干预对急性胃肠炎患者治疗中腹痛症状的改善分析。方法 我院于2023年12月-2024年6月收治的66例急性胃肠炎患者，随机系统对所有患者进行分组，将其分为普通组（33例）与综合组（33例）。最后对其患者腹痛改善情况、护理满意度情况进行统计分析。结果 综合组患者腹痛情况明显低于普通组患者，且两组基础数据分析在统计学上有显著差异性，（P＜0.05）。综合组患者护理满意度情况明显高于普通组，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于急性胃肠炎患者采取综合护理干预可以有效地减少临床腹痛症状并提升患者护理的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the improvement analysis of abdominal pain symptoms in patients with acute gastroenteritis treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods A total of 66 patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a general group (33 cases) and a comprehensive group (33 cases). Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the improvement of abdominal pain and nursing satisfaction among the patients. Results The abdominal pain of patients in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of patients in the general group, and there was a statistically significant difference in the basic data analysis between the two groups (P<0.05). The satisfaction level of nursing care among patients in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that in the general group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with acute gastroenteritis can effectively reduce clinical abdominal pain symptoms and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care.
