Objective To analyze the nursing effect of obstetric nursing intervention on patients with hypertension during pregnancy. Methods 90 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to 2 February 2024,45 patients receiving routine obstetric care intervention as the control group and 45 patients receiving refined care intervention as the observation group. Compare blood pressure values and negative mood scores [self-rating anxiety (SAS) and self-rating depression (SDS)]. Results After nursing, the blood pressure value and negative mood related scale of the observation group decreased significantly compared with before nursing, and were lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intensive obstetric nursing intervention for patients with gestational hypertension can significantly improve negative mood and reduce blood pressure.
