集束化护理预防心外术后患者ICU谵妄的应用价值

摘要	探究集束化护理在预防心外术后患者ICU谵妄中的作用。方法以2023年2月至2024年8月68例心外术患者为研究对象，随机均分为集束组与一般组，分别以集束化护理及常规护理干预。对比谵妄发生率、ICU相关指标及家属护理满意度。结果与一般组相比，集束组谵妄发生率更低（8.82%＜35.29%）、ICU相关指标较优、护理满意度较高（97.06%＞73.53%），对比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论集束化护理可有效预防心外术后患者ICU谵妄，且能进一步促进其康复，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the role of bundled nursing in preventing ICU delirium in patients after extracardiac surgery. Methods A total of 68 patients with Cardiac surgery from February 2023 to August 2024 were randomly divided into cluster group and general group, and received cluster nursing and routine nursing intervention, respectively. The incidence of delirium, ICU related indexes and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared. Results Compared with the general group, the incidence of delirium in cluster group was lower (8.82% < 35.29%), ICU related indexes were better, and nursing satisfaction was higher (97.06% > 73.53%), with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bundle nursing can effectively prevent ICU delirium in patients after extracardiac surgery, and can further promote their recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
