Objective To explore the effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on the improvement of female organ prolapse. Methods Maternal data from January 2020 to January 2024 in our hospital were selected, and 100 cases meeting the research criteria were included as research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the differences in nursing modes. Among them, the control group (n=50 cases) received routine nursing measures, and the observation group (n=50 cases) received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The improvement of female organ prolapse in the two groups was compared, and the effect of maternity care was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of organ prolapse was better in the observation group (P<0.05). After nursing, the self-care ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction (service attitude, service technology, service efficiency, service quality, time management) of the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Puerperal pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing has significant effect, which is helpful to improve female organ prolapse, enhance female self-care ability, and improve maternal nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
