| 摘要 |
探讨全面护理结合中医情志护理在晚期肺癌疼痛护理中的价值。方法 收集我院40例肺癌晚期患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者采用常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上加以全面护理结合中医情志护理。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、生存质量评分、疲乏程度评分及照料者负担。结果 实验组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组，生存质量评分高于对照组，疲乏程度评分低于对照组，照料者负担评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全面护理结合中医情志护理在晚期肺癌疼痛护理中具有较好效果，能够减轻患者疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing combined with TCM emotional nursing in pain nursing of advanced lung cancer. Methods 40 patients with advanced lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, and patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Pain degree, quality of life score, fatigue degree score and caregiver burden were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, the fatigue score was lower than that of the control group, and the caregiver burden score was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese emotional nursing has a good effect in pain nursing of advanced lung cancer, which can reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
