Objective To observe the clinical application effect of psychological nursing in patients with bladder perfusion. Methods will now in June 2023 since June 2024 in our patients receiving bladder perfusion chemotherapy selected60 patients in group study, group way using random number table method, group includes observation group and control group, each group with 30 cases, control group patients give routine care, observation group to strengthen psychological nursing intervention, analysis and compare the two groups finally achieve nursing effect. Results According to the nursing quality of the observation group and patient compliance were significantly improved compared with that of the control group, the effect of anxiety and depression was significantly better than that of the control group. The adverse events and complications occurring during the treatment were less than that of the control group, and the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the bladder perfusion treatment patients timely psychological nursing intervention, can make clinical nursing quality is further improved, enhance the physical and mental comfort and coordination, thus reduce the difficulty of clinical nursing work, reduce nursing adverse events and complications, improve the disease control effect of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
