把习主席新时代中国特色社会主义外交思想（以下简称：习主席外交思想）融入高校思政课中是思政课课程性质的客观要求，更是培育忠于党、爱人民，实现民族复兴伟业的新时代马克思主义青年的使命要求。要将习主席外交思想融入高校思政课中，就必须从守好“主阵地”和用好“活教材”这两大策略上下功夫，以此强化思政课的铸魂功能。

| Abstract |
Incorporating Thought of President Xi on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era (hereinafter referred to as: Thought of President Xi on Diplomacy) into ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is an objective requirement of the nature of ideological and political courses. The mission requirements of Marxist youth in the new era. In order to integrate thought of President Xi on diplomacy into ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, we must work hard on the two strategies of keeping the "main position" and making good use of "living teaching materials", so as to strengthen the soul-casting function of ideological and political courses.
