沙库巴曲缬沙坦在高血压治疗中的研究观察

摘要	观察沙库巴曲缬沙坦在高血压治疗中的研究效果。方法选择我院收治的高血压患者118例，将其按照随机分组方法，分为对照组（59例，使用常规药物治疗）和研究组（59例，使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗），对两组的治疗效果进行收集和分析对比。结果研究组患者的血压指标明显低于对照组患者，且研究组患者的心功能指标明显优于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对高血压患者使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗，能够显著改善患者的血压指标和心功能指标，有较佳的临床疗效。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of valsartan in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 118 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group (59 patients treated with conventional drugs) and study group (59 patients treated with sarkuvalsartan) according to randomization method, and the treatment effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results The blood pressure index of study group patients was significantly lower than that of control patients, and the cardiac function index of study group patients was significantly better than that of control patients, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Shakubactrosovalsartan in hypertensive patients can significantly improve blood pressure and cardiac function, and have better clinical effect.
