摘要	观察BiPAP呼吸机治疗老年重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法选择我院收治的老年重症支气管哮喘患者70例，将其按照随机分组方法，分为对照组（35例，使用常规治疗）和治疗组（35例，使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗），对两组的治疗效果进行收集和分析对比。结果治疗组的肺功能指标明显优于对照组，且治疗组的血气指标改善状况也明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对老年重症支气管哮喘患者使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗，能够显著改善患者的肺功能指标和血气指标，有较好的临床疗效。
Abstract	Objective To observe the curative effect of BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma in the elderly. Methods 70 elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group (35 patients with conventional treatment) and 35 patients with BiPAP ventilator) according to the randomization method, and the treatment effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed and compared. Results The lung function index of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the improvement of blood gas index in treatment group was significantly better than the control group, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion BiPAP ventilator treatment in elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma can significantly improve their pulmonary function indexes and blood gas indexes, and have good clinical effect.
