摘要	观察血液透析在治疗小儿急性肾功能衰竭中的临床护理效果。方法选择2023年2月至2024年6月我院收治的58例急性肾功能衰竭患者，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组急性并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预能够降低接受血液透析治疗的急性肾功能衰竭患儿的并发症发生率，提高其家长的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of pediatric acute renal failure. Methods 58 patients with acute renal failure admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected, the control group received routine care, and the observation group received comprehensive care. Compare the nursing effect between the two groups. Results The incidence of acute complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with the significant difference (P <0.05); the family satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention can reduce the complication rate and improve the parental satisfaction of children with acute renal failure receiving hemodialysis treatment.
