早期康复护理结合中医护理在预防老年髋关节骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用价值分析

| 摘要 |
分析早期康复护理联合中医护理模式，以实现预防老年髋关节骨折术后出现下肢深静脉血栓形成当中的价值。方法 选择我院骨科在2023年1月份至2024年1月份收治的80例老年髋关节骨折的患者进行研究，盲法分成对照组和实验组,每组有40例，对照组常规护理，实验组早期康复护理联合中医护理，评估两组患者的髋关节功能评分；下肢深静脉血栓发生率，分析患者的凝血功能。结果 两组患者通过不同的干预模式后，实验组患者髋关节功能评分显佳，下肢深静脉血栓发生率更低，p<0.05，实验组患者凝血功能显佳，p<0.05。结论 对老年髋关节骨折术后患者提供早期康复联合中医护理，可以降低患者出现下肢深静脉血栓产生，改善患者的髋关节功能和凝血指标，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and study the application value of early rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in preventing limb deep vein thrombosis after hip fracture in the elderly. Methods 80 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to the orthopedic department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were studied, divided into control group and experimental group, and evaluated the hip function score of both groups; the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, and analyzed the coagulation function of patients. Results After different intervention patterns, the experimental groups had better hip function score and lower incidence, p <0.05, and the experimental group had better coagulation function, p <0.05. Conclusion Providing early rehabilitation combined with TCM care for elderly patients after hip fracture can reduce the production of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and improve their hip function and coagulation index, which is worth advocating.
