| 摘要 |
分析血小板减少性紫癜患者接受治疗时，在循证理念下实施细节护理的临床效果。方法 在2023年2月～2024年2月期间选取100例血小板减少性紫癜患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，给予对照组常规护理，研究组在循证理念下实施细节护理，比较两组护理情况差异。结果 研究组患者满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组心理状态评分降低幅度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在血小板减少性紫癜患者治疗过程中，应用基于循证理念的细节护理可以提升护理效果，改善患者的各项临床指标以及心理状态，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based care for thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods From February 2023 to February 2024,100 patients with thrombocytopenic purpura were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups to give routine care. The control group implemented detailed care under the evidence-based concept to compare the differences between the two groups. Results Patient satisfaction in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the decrease in psychological status score in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment process of patients with thrombocytopenic purpura, the application of detailed nursing based on evidence-based concept can improve the nursing effect, improve the clinical indicators and psychological state of patients, which is worth promoting.
