| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the treatment of end-stage renal disease patients with double-cavity online hemodialysis filter fruit and determine its therapeutic effect. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 40 patients with end-stage renal disease treated in our hospital. All patients were provided with double-cavity online hemodialysis filtration treatment. The main evaluation indexes of patients before and after treatment were analyzed, including urea clearance, creatinine clearance, β2-microglobulin clearance, parathyroid hormone, hemoglobin, IL-6, C-reactive protein, prealbumin. Calcium ions, phosphorus ions, etc., to evaluate the clearance effect of PHF on uremic toxins. Meanwhile, the quality of life, complication rate and survival of patients were observed. Results After the intervention of dual-cavity online hemodidialysis in 40 patients, the urea clearance rate, creatinine clearance and β2-microglobulin clearance of the patients could be improved, p<0.05, and the thyroid hormone, hemoglobin, IL-6, C-reactive protein, prealbumin, calcium ion and phosphorus ion of the patients were effectively improved. p<0.05, the quality of life of the assessed patients was significantly improved, the incidence of complications was decreased, and the clearance effect of PHF on uremic toxin was improved. Conclusion In patients with end-stage renal disease, online hemodialysis with double chest can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and improve the related indicators, which is worth advocating.
