| 摘要 |
分析在糖尿病合并高血压性心脏病患者的临床护理方案中应用综合护理模式的影响效力。方法 将2022年11月-2023年11月内于本院就诊的糖尿病合并高血压性心脏病患者84例按照随机分组的方法分42例对照组实施常规护理，42例观察组在对照组基础上增加综合化护理，对比护理效果。结果 护理前，两组血压波动幅度对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组血压波动幅度低于对照组，且护理指标优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 综合化护理模式应用于糖尿病合并高血压性心脏病患者有积极的影响效力，可促进血压、血糖合理管理，实现疾病有效控制，患者依从性高，满意度好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on the clinical nursing program for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertensive heart disease. Methods 84 diabetic patients with hypertensive heart disease 2023 from November 2022 to November 2022 were randomly divided into control group and control group, 42 cases in the Observation Group on the basis of the control group to increase comprehensive nursing, comparative nursing effect. Results before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure fluctuation between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the fluctuation range of blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing index was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (p < 0.05). Conclusion the application of the integrated nursing model in diabetic patients with hypertensive heart disease has a positive effect on promoting the rational management of blood pressure and blood glucose, achieving effective disease control and high patient compliance, satisfaction is good.
