Objective To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of zero hormone therapy for psoriasis patients. Methods 50 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected for research, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was provided with Yinqianling granules to treat ringworm and Kasifupan pills; The experimental group added oral freeze-dried powder of spleen aminopeptide to the treatment of the control group, and evaluated the patients therapeutic effects, clinical symptoms, and serum inflammatory factor levels. Results The treatment effect of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05. There was little difference in the serum inflammatory factor levels of the two groups of patients before treatment, p>0.05. After treatment, the experimental group was better, p<0.05. The patients in the experimental group The time to clinical symptom remission was shorter, p<0.05. Conclusion The treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with Yinqianling Granules, Zhuzhenkacarib Pills combined with spleen aminopeptide oral freeze-dried powder can improve the patients clinical symptoms, improve their serum inflammatory factor levels, and enhance the patients therapeutic effect. , worthy of promotion.
