探讨老年患者消化内科护理的安全隐患与对策

摘要	对老年患者消化内科护理安全隐患采取有效护理措施的效果进行分析。方法为了提升消化内科老年患者的护理安全性，以常规护理管理和常规护理基础上针对安全隐患采取相应措施的管理方式作为本次对比项，以本院的82例老年患者作为研究对象，分组后实施上述不同护理方式，主要目的是比较两组不同护理方式下的护理效果。结果在比较后发现，观察组和对照组的护理结果之间存在较大差异（P＜0.05）。结论在消化内科护理中，针对老年患者要不断的提升护理安全性，从而避免在护理期间出现不良事件。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of effective nursing measures for elderly patients with hidden safety hazards in gastroenterology nursing. Methods: In order to improve the nursing safety of elderly patients in the department of gastroenterology, the management method of taking corresponding measures for safety hazards on the basis of routine nursing management and routine nursing was used as the comparison item, and 82 elderly patients in our hospital were used as the research objects. After the implementation of the above different nursing methods, the main purpose is to compare the nursing effect of the two groups of different nursing methods. Results: After comparison, it was found that there was a big difference between the nursing results of the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of gastroenterology, the nursing safety should be continuously improved for elderly patients, so as to avoid adverse events during nursing.
