| 摘要 |
明确归因训练结合心理护理促进心理障碍青少年康复的效果。方法 研究纳入2023.09-2024.09中综合临床各项检查结果满足心理障碍诊断标准的71例青少年,以随机数字表法安排为两组,对照组与观察组分别37、34例患者,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行归因训练结合心理护理干预,对不同干预效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组认知功能各数据值更高,P值结果<0.05,统计学差异大。观察组心理健康状态各项值更低,P值结果<0.05,统计学差异大。结论 于心理障碍青少年中施以归因训练结合心理护理措施,可促进认知功能与心理健康改善,这对提高心理障碍青少年康复护理水平有着重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To clarify the effect of attribution training combined with psychological nursing on promoting the rehabilitation of adolescents with psychological disorders. Methods A total of 71 adolescents who met the diagnostic criteria for psychological disorders based on comprehensive clinical examination Results from September 2023 to September 2024 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 37 patients in the control group and 34 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received attribution training combined with psychological nursing intervention. The effects of different interventions were compared and analyzed. The observation group had higher data values for cognitive function, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. The observation group had lower values in various aspects of mental health status, with a P-value of<0.05, indicating a significant statistical difference. Conclusion Attribution training combined with psychological nursing measures can promote cognitive function and mental health improvement in adolescents with psychological disorders, which is of great significance for improving the rehabilitation nursing level of adolescents with psychological disorders.
