摘要	研究综合护理在女性老年高血压脑出血中的应用。方法将2023年1月-2024年5月间收治的女性老年高血压脑出血患者120例随机分为对照组和实验组，并分析不同护理方式的应用效果。结果患者本研究中实验组神经功能以及生活能力改善均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论给予女性老年高血压脑出血患者综合护理干预能够使其保持更加稳定的心态，提高患者的依从性，改善患者的神经功能和生活能力。
Abstract	Objective To study the application of comprehensive nursing in elderly women with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 elderly female patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted between January 2023 and May 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, and the application effects of different nursing methods were analyzed. Results In the present study, the experimental group was better than that in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for female elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can maintain a more stable attitude, improve their compliance, and improve their neurological function and living ability.
