摘要
分析小儿肺炎在采用个性化护理时护理质量的提升效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年11月70例小儿肺炎患者作为观察对象,各组35例。随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用常规护理,对照组采用个性化护理。对比两组患者临床护理效果、症状改善时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组总疗效显著高于对照组,患者症状改善时间及住院时间更短,患儿家属护理满意度显著提升。其差异均有意义(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理对小儿肺炎护理质量的提升效果选显著,能够有效的提高临床疗效,改善临床症状时间及缩短住院时间,同时,有利于促进患者的康复。为小儿肺炎护理提供了更优质的模式,还有重要的应用价值。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of personalized nursing on the quality of pediatric pneumonia care. Methods 70 pediatric pneumonia patients from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the observation subjects, with 35 cases in each group. Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group received routine care, while the control group received personalized care. Compare the clinical efficacy, psychological status, symptom improvement time, and hospitalization time between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The improvement time and hospitalization time of patients fever, cough, and shortness of breath symptoms were shorter than those of the control group, and their psychological state was better than that of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing has a significant effect on improving the quality of nursing care for pediatric pneumonia. It can effectively enhance clinical efficacy, improve symptom improvement time and shorten hospitalization time, improve patients psychological state, and promote their recovery. It also has important application value and promotional significance.
