| 摘要 |
研究细节化优质护理对脑梗死患者心理状态及护理依从性的影响分析。方法 抽取我院于2023年3月-2024年3月收治的94例脑梗死患者，对所有患者随机分配，将其分为普通组与优质组。最后对其患者心理状态及护理依从性情况进行统计分析。结果 经分析，优质组患者心理状态及护理依从性情况明显好于普通组，且两组数据对比在统计学上具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑梗死患者实施细节化优质质量护理干预可以有效地调整患者不良心理状态，并增强他们对护理依从性，这一方法值得在临床上广泛应用和推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the impact of detailed and high-quality nursing on the psychological state and nursing compliance of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 94 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly assigned and divided into a normal group and a high-quality group. Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the psychological status and nursing compliance of the patients. Results After analysis, the psychological state and nursing compliance of patients in the high-quality group were significantly better than those in the ordinary group, and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing detailed and high-quality nursing interventions for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively adjust their adverse psychological states and enhance their compliance with nursing care. This method is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
