| 摘要 |
评估延续性护理在脑出血术后患者血压控制及生活质量上的影响。方法 选择2022年12月-2023年12月收治的脑出血术后患者50例，将患者随机分为对照组（n=25例，采用常规护理）与实验组（n=25例，采用延续性护理）。对比血压指标、生活质量以及自理能力。结果 实验组收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量以及自理能力优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 延续性护理在脑出血术后患者中表现出明显的优势，能够帮助改善血压控制情况，并提升患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the impact of continuity of care on blood pressure control and quality of life in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 50 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (n=25 cases, with routine care) and experimental group (n=25 cases, with continuous care). Compare blood pressure indicators, quality of life, and self-care ability. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life and self-care ability of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuity of care has shown significant advantages in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage, which can help improve blood pressure control and enhance the quality of life of patients.
