| 摘要 |
研究综合护理对阿尔茨海默症患者认知能力及肢体疼痛程度的影响。方法 本次对综合护理模式的研究，选取于2021年2月－2023年8月接收的40例阿尔茨海默症病患，根据患者资料通过python随机函数随机分为两组，分为对照组和研究组，每组20例病患，分别采取常规疗法和综合护理模式，对比对照组和研究组的VAS评分、CDR评分以及MMSE评分，以及对照组和研究组的护理不良事件发生率情况。结果 研究组的VAS评分和CDR评分较低，而MMSE评分较高。而对照组患者在护理不良事件的发生率方面显著高于研究组15%，相比较存在统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 针对阿尔茨海默症患者，实施综合护理干预可显著提升患者的认知能力和减轻肢体疼痛，同时有助于减缓病程进展。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the impact of comprehensive nursing on cognitive ability and limb pain in patients with Alzheimers disease. Methods For this study on the comprehensive nursing model, 40 patients with Alzheimers disease received from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups through the Python random function according to the patient data and divided into a control group. and research group, with 20 patients in each group, respectively adopting conventional therapy and comprehensive nursing model. The VAS score, CDR score and MMSE score of the control group and the research group were compared, as well as the incidence of adverse nursing events between the control group and the research group. Results The VAS score and CDR score of the study group were lower, while the MMSE score was higher. The incidence of adverse nursing events among patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group by 15%, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with Alzheimers disease, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the patients cognitive ability and reduce limb pain, and at the same time help slow down the progression of the disease.
