摘要
分析心理护理在泪道冲洗操作中的重要性。方法 研究选取100例我院于2023年1月到2024年1月实施泪道冲洗操作的患者。通过R语言程序随机分组为参照组和心理组,每组50例,参照组实施常规泪道冲洗和常规护理,心理组在参照组的基础上开展心理护理,包括术前告知、手术案例讲解、操作过程中的沟通、播放轻音乐等措施,以减轻患者的心理压力和不适感。术后,对患者进行用药和生活制度指导。结果 心理组患者的不良情绪明显缓解,其不良情绪评分显著低于参照组,且对护理的满意度显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在泪道冲洗操作中,应用心理护理,可以改善患者对手术的不良情绪,从而提高了护理满意度。值得在泪道冲洗后的护理中推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the importance of psychological nursing in tear duct irrigation operation. Methods The study selected 100 patients who underwent tear duct irrigation in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. Randomly divided into a reference group and a psychological group through the R language program, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group received routine tear duct irrigation and routine care. The psychological group carried out psychological care based on the reference group, including preoperative notification, surgical case explanation, Measures such as communication and playing light music during the operation are taken to reduce the patients psychological pressure and discomfort. After surgery, the patient was given medication and lifestyle guidance. Results The negative emotions of patients in the psychological group were significantly relieved, their negative emotional scores were significantly lower than those of the reference group, and their satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion During the tear duct irrigation operation, the application of psychological care can improve the patients negative emotions towards the operation, thereby improving nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting in the care after tear duct irrigation.
