| 摘要 |
以提高复发性口腔溃疡护理水平为研究目标，在临床中实施个性化口腔护理干预，明确其对复发性口腔溃疡患者的影响。方法 以2023.01-12时间段中于院内接受诊疗的复发性口腔溃疡患者为分析对象，共计95例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别给予常规护理干预措施、个性化口腔护理干预措施，对干预情况进行分析。结果 溃疡持续时间、疼痛持续时间、溃疡复发率、疼痛感方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。负性情绪方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 个性化口腔护理干预的应用，有利于降低复发性口腔溃疡患者溃疡复发风险，改善患者负性情绪。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing level of recurrent oral ulcers, implement personalized oral care intervention in clinical practice, and clarify its effect on patients with recurrent oral ulcers. Methods A total of 95 patients with recurrent oral ulcers who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital during the period from January to December 2023 were analyzed. After each patient was numbered, they were randomly divided into a control group (49 cases) and an observation group (46 cases). Conventional nursing intervention measures and personalized oral care intervention measures were given, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results Compared with the two groups, the values of the observation group were lower in terms of ulcer duration, pain duration, ulcer recurrence rate, and pain (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the values of the observation group were lower in terms of negative emotions (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of personalized oral care intervention is beneficial for reducing the risk of ulcer recurrence in patients with recurrent oral ulcers and improving patients negative emotions.
